Job Path supports people with developmental disabilities as they make choices about their lives and play valued roles in their communities.
We encourage people to explore what they want out of life and to chart their own journeys. Whether it's finding a job, contributing as a volunteer, establishing a home, or joining a community group, the goal is to assist people to lead full and active lives. In other words, to lead the same kind of life everyone wants.
Your contribution will go towards our dedicated programs that specialize in providing individually tailored services to over 200 participants who enjoy, flourish, and benefit daily from them.
• Our employment programs are designed to help anyone who wants to work, no matter the amount of support he or she might need.
• Job Path's Community Supports enables people to actively participate in the life of their communities. Each person has a weekly schedule that reflects their specific interests and provides opportunities for strong connections to neighborhood life.
• Job Path's Supported Living program is an alternative to the group home model, aiming to provide the individually tailored supports that enable people to establish their own homes. The Supported Living team helps people arrange whatever level of support they need, from a few hours a week to 24-hour assistance.
• Life Coaching addresses the needs of people with autism. The Life Coaching team provides individualized supports that enable people to pursue employment, participate in community activities, and attend college or further their education in other ways.
